QSI Solutions Quantum Upgrade Chip
 |
Several important improvements have been made to the Quantum system
since its introduction in the Broadway Limited Hudson in 2002. When you upgrade
with a new Quantum memory chip, you will receive all of these new improvements including
some features not currently available in production locomotives.
All QSI-equipped locos have a similar circuit module with the easily removable ROM
chip mounted in the socket as shown. |

Quantum Revolution Decoder
 |
The Quantum Revolution was designed to produce the best possible
realistic digital sounds in a compact user-friendly downloadable format. Download
capability means that the decoder’s internal software can be reloaded for all possible
current and future applications. Currently there are over 150 sound file options
with many more in the works.
The Revolution was designed for 8 ohm speakers so the user is not limited to difficult
to find 100 and 32 ohm speakers that are specified by other sound decoders.
The Revolution is available in two formats—Atlas with tabs and a universal format
with wires. The Atlas format is available now. |
