RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS SITE AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT
ANY TIME. TAMPERING WITH THE SITE, MISREPRESENTING THE IDENTITY OF A USER,
USING BUYING AGENTS OR CONDUCTING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES ON THE SITE ARE PROHIBITED.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Lin’s Junction offers ground shipment, second day, overnight standard, overnight
priority, and Saturday delivery inside the continental United States. Total
shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, cost of the item(s),
and total approximate weight of all the items on your order. The shipping
charges are not refundable. Due to shipper restrictions we are unable to ship
to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses. Unusually large or heavy
packages may incur charges not known at order time. You will be notified of
any adjustments to these charges prior to the shipment of the order.
• All shipments are subject to stock availability.
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. Please allow up to seven (7)
business days from credit approval for delivery on all ground shipping orders unless
your order is a direct ship or on backorder.
• Lin’s Junction reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
• If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.
SALES TAX
Lin’s Junction shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax
for orders to be delivered to addresses within Pennsylvania. Each customer
shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any
other state.
PRICING
Due to the rapid and constant price changes in this industry, we are unable to "price
match" and we cannot and will not make a price adjustment after an order has
shipped. Our costs change on a daily basis. Prices displayed on these
pages are calculated from information supplied by our distributors. Prices
on items announced for reservations are subject to change by the item’s supplier.
Lin’s Junction cannot be responsible for this type of adjustment.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCards that are issued in the United States. For credit
verification purposes, CREDIT CARDS ISSUED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES WILL NOT
BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. There is no surcharge from Lin’s Junction for using your
credit card to make purchases with Lin’s Junction. Please be sure to provide
the correct and exact billing address along with the correct billing telephone number.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your
credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Checks/Money Orders
Lin’s Junction accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and company
checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order
or cashier's check. Since the length of time for check clearance is different
at each bank, please allow up to ten (10) banking days for your order to be released
on all personal and business checks orders. We will charge a $30.00 fee on
all returned checks.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Lin’s Junction has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information
and description. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due
to typographical, photographic or technical error, Lin’s Junction shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect
price. Lin’s Junction shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
Lin’s Junction shall immediately issue a refund to your account in the total charged.
LIN’S JUNCTION is also not responsible for any photographic or technical errors.
